Our Guarantee
We guarantee to provide our customers the highest level of customer service, highest quality products and most competitive prices. We have over 30 years experience in manufacturing lapel pins and we assure you that you will be completely satisfied with our service and products you receive. We will replace (at no additional charge) any defective custom product. All we require is that you submit your written claim of defective products to us within 15 days of receipt.
Confirming Your Order
Prior to production you will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation will contain a final digital proof, estimated production time and specifications of your order and a link to our Ordering Terms and Conditions page. If the confirmation meets with your satisfaction, just send us your approval via reply email and we will start your order immediately.
Art Requirements
Camera-ready art is preferred in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS format. TIFF, JPEG or BMP gladly accepted. If you don’t have artwork let our in-house art department help turn your idea into a great pin design at no additional charge.
Attachment
Pricing includes a standard military clutch or safety pin back. We offer additional attachments to enhance your emblem. Please click here for more information.
Delivery Time
Normal production takes 15-20 days. Rush service is available. Let us know if you are working with a deadline and we will do our best to meet your request.
Packaging
All pins are poly-bagged. We offer a number of packaging options to enhance the presentation of your pin, with imprinted cards or gift boxes. Click here for more details.
All sales are final
Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. If one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you). We only require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 15 days of receipt.
